A session with me is calm, gentle, peaceful. I don't judge you, or ridicule you. I don't shame you for your thoughts, feelings or actions. When your thoughts are loud and confusing, I help you to explore them, make sense of them, and separate them into something more manageable for you to understand and work with. We work together to understand where these thoughts and feelings are coming from. We don't just explore surface level issues. Each session looks deeply into who you are, and what is going on for you. I help you to "see the wood through the trees" and to come out the other side.
Sometimes people worry about what to say, or how therapy can help. You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to prepare anything or know exactly what you want or why.
